Ruby chocolate is made from the ruby cocoa bean and grows in countries known for cocoa: Ecuador, Brazil and Ivory Coast. Without adding any colourants or fruit flavourings, the unique taste of ruby chocolate can be described as an intense sensorial delight between berry fruitiness and luscious smoothness.
