Patagonia Chocolates aims to get your order to you as fast as possible. We only deliver within New Zealand and use Post Haste couriers. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box address.
Shipping charges are set at a flat rate fee of $5 for standard NZ delivery and $9.75 for rural NZ delivery.
Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. We endeavour to despatch orders received before 1pm on any business day, that day. If an order is placed after 1pm on Monday-Thursday it will be processed the following day and after 1pm on Friday the following Monday. On occasion this may not always be possible for a variety of reasons therefore we will be in touch with you should the despatch date be longer than three business days from your order date. Tracking Your Order
We will send you an email once your order has been despatched which will include the tracking number. This will give you full visibility of your order’s progress.
Multiple Item Orders
We endeavour to despatch all items within an order at the same time. Occasionally, due to stock levels, we may despatch one or more items from your order while awaiting further stock to fulfil the remainder of your order. You will be advised of this split order despatch by email. You will not pay any additional charges for this beyond the original shipping cost calculated at the time of checkout. You will be provided with a tracking number for each package despatched as a split order.

Delivery – New Zealand
The delivery times noted below are the indicative timings advised by Post Haste. Orders are packed and despatched in Queenstown. Patagonia Chocolates cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.
As standard Post Haste always require a signature therefore we advise you to use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign during business hours.
Lost or Damaged Goods
It is in our best interests that our chocolates arrives to you in the condition which they leave our factory. We will endeavour to package the chocolates to protect them from any damage which may occur in transit, however we do not accept any liability for damage to goods which may occur once they have left our place of business.
If your order does not turn up in the expected timeframe, please use the tracking number to check on its status. If your order is advised as lost in transit, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can assist you.
Patagonia Chocolates will not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
